1. Flame retardant just can't burn: experiment——
(1) Some users want to take a lighter to point the PVC floor to see if it can burn up. If it burns up, it's not fireproof. If it doesn't burn up, it's flame retardant.
(2) In fact, the state of PVC floor fire rating requirements to achieve B1 level standards, according to national standards, non combustible materials as fire a, such as stone, brick, etc. The technology of grade B1 flame retardant standard includes cotton balls with a diameter of 10 mm, dipped in alcohol, placed on the PVC floor for natural combustion. 2. Wear resistance is to scratch with sharp tools——

(2) In fact, the state's abrasion resistance test of PVC floor is not simply using sharp tools to scratch on the surface, but using a flat bottomed circular grinding disc to grind and test the floor under pressure of 1kg. After rotating and grinding for several revolutions, the abrasion resistance layer on the floor surface is worn to expose the base course. The rotation speed of this node is an index to measure the wear resistance of PVC floor. For example, the number of revolutions of composite floor is 1500, the national minimum standard. Therefore, the abrasion resistance of PVC floor is specially determined by national testing institutions.
3. Smelling with nose is not environmental protection: experiment——

(2) PVC material itself does not contain formaldehyde, qualified PVC floor should be 100% formaldehyde free release, may have the smell of aromatics and additives, will not cause harm to people's body, will not make people feel uncomfortable.
